What’s your resting heart rate and elevated heart rate?
Ever since I purchased my smartwatch, I’ve been fascinated enough to want to measure my heart rate, distance walked and sleep patterns.
My smartwatch can do all of that – how fascinating.
I like data, I like to measure things. I’ve worked with data all of my career…
If you can capture data, then you can make an informed decision or at the least, be triggered to go and do something.
I capture stats related to my health and then I do something – I focus on my nutrition and exercise for example.
Data is important in your personal life – data about you and data about your assets.
And in your professional life, I think that data is one of the most important assets you’ll work with.
So get measuring – and do look after your data.
Anyway, back to my question…
* My resting heart rate is typically around 47-52 beats per minute.
* That’s lower than most people – due to my cardio exercise.
* I go spin cycling, walk a lot and also do some gym work.
* My elevated heart rate when I exercise tends to be in the 145-165 range.
How about you?
